We understand that you may need to cancel your apparel order due to sizing considerations, schedule changes, or personal preferences. This Cancellation Policy clearly defines our order cancellation, verification, and refund procedures for all activewear and yoga clothing purchases.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

All unshipped yoga apparel orders are eligible for free cancellation under the following terms:
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12–24 hours of order placement
  • Once approved, we will issue a full refund with no hidden fees

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once your yoga wear order has been dispatched and shipped, direct cancellation is no longer available. If you no longer need the items after delivery, please follow our official return & refund process for eligible apparel products.

3. Refund Processing for Cancelled Orders

All successfully cancelled orders will be refunded via youroriginal payment method:
  • Internal refund processing: 3–5 business days
  • Bank account reflection: 5–10 business days (depending on your banking institution)

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For all COD yoga apparel orders:
  • Returns and refunds are only available after you accept and receive the package
  • Unreasonable repeated delivery refusal may result in restricted ordering privileges on our store

5. Merchant-Initiated Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any apparel order without prior notice for the following legitimate reasons:
  • Out-of-stock or inventory discrepancies for yoga clothing items
  • System pricing errors or product information mistakes
  • Pre-detected quality issues with ordered products
In all such cases, a full refund will be processed immediately, and our team will notify you via email.

6. Fraudulent & Unverified Orders

We prioritize secure shopping for all customers. Orders will be cancelled automatically if suspicious transaction activity is identified or payment verification fails, to protect user and store security.

7. Bulk & High-Value Apparel Orders

Wholesale, bulk, and high-volume yoga wear orders require mandatory manual verification before confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel risky or unverified bulk orders to ensure transaction safety.

8. Order Modification Rules

Modifications to orders (including size, color, shipping address, and quantity adjustments) are only permitted before order shipment. All changes are subject to inventory and logistics feasibility.

9. Delayed Delivery Cancellation Requests

If your yoga apparel order faces significant delivery delays due to logistics issues, you may submit a cancellation request. All requests will be reviewed based on the real-time shipping status of your package.

10. Refund Exceptions & Policy Protection

Refund applications may be rejected under the following circumstances:
  • Incorrect personal information or shipping details provided by the customer leading to order issues
  • Unreasonable refusal of package delivery without valid reasons
  • Malicious or repeated abuse of the cancellation and refund policy

11. Company Rights

Morpho Markets reserves the right to adjust order cancellation rules, restrict abnormal cancellation requests, and cancel any order in accordance with platform and transaction security regulations.
