Processing Your Order

Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares and packs your items.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

Delivery Across India

We currently deliver to most locations across India, including major cities, towns, and selected rural areas.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 Business Days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local courier services.

Shipping Fees

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and product.

If an order is lost during transit, we will work with our shipping partners to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations across India.
